About Veneers
Dental veneers are thin ceramic shells bonded to the front surface of teeth to improve their appearance. They are used to correct discolouration, gaps, chips and irregular tooth shape with minimal tooth reduction.
We manufacture veneers to a standard thickness of 0.6mm, using only FDA, CE and TGA approved ceramic materials. Every veneer is custom-made to match your prescribed shade.
Types We Offer
Porcelain
Feldspathic Veneer
Ultra-thin (0.3–0.5mm). Highest translucency. Best for no-prep or minimal-prep cases.
IPS e.max Press
Pressed Ceramic
0.5–0.7mm. High strength and excellent aesthetics. Good for moderate discolouration.
IPS e.max CAD
CAD/CAM Ceramic
0.6–0.8mm. Milled digitally. Accepts STL files. Consistent precision every time.

Indications
- Tooth discolouration — tetracycline staining, fluorosis, internal staining
- Enamel defects — hypoplasia, developmental surface defects
- Diastema closure — closing gaps between front teeth
- Tooth shape or size correction — peg laterals, undersized teeth
- Chipped or worn incisal edges
- Mild irregularities where orthodontics is not preferred

Yes. We accept STL and OBJ files from all major scanners including 3Shape, Cerec, iTero and Planmeca. Send files by email or file transfer. Digital cases use our CAD/CAM workflow and qualify for the same 6-day turnaround.
No. We accept single-unit orders. Whether you are sending one veneer or a full case of ten, we apply the same standard and the same pricing.
Most veneer cases are completed within 6 working days from receipt. If you need a faster turnaround, contact us before sending and we will advise whether express processing is possible.
Yes. All ceramic materials we use — including IVOCLAR IPS e.max and Vita porcelain systems — are FDA approved, CE certified and TGA approved medical devices. We can provide material documentation on request.
