About All-on-4 Prosthetics
The All-on-4 technique uses four strategically placed implants to support a full arch of teeth. Jin Yuan Dental Laboratory manufactures the prosthetic component — the full arch bridge or denture that attaches to the four (or more) implants.
We produce All-on-4 prosthetics in solid zirconia with hand-layered pink ceramic gingiva, and in acrylic (PMMA) on a titanium bar framework. Both options are screw-retained and manufactured using CAD/CAM milling for precise fit and function.
Prosthetic Options
Solid zirconia with pink ceramic gingiva
— CAD/CAM milled monolithic zirconia teeth with hand-layered porcelain gingiva. Strong, aesthetic, non-porous surface will not absorb odour. Titanium bases at implant connections for strength. Our most popular All-on-4 option.
Acrylic (PMMA) on titanium bar
— milled PMMA teeth on a custom titanium bar framework. Lighter weight than zirconia. Easier to repair chairside. A good option for initial loading or where weight is a concern.

Indications
- Fully edentulous arch supported by 4 or more implants
- Patients with significant ridge resorption requiring gingival replacement (pink porcelain)
- Cases where screw-retained retrievability is required
- Replacement of an existing full denture with a fixed implant-supported solution
Contra-indications
- Implants placed more than 2mm sub-gingivally (requires sub-mucosal abutments — MUA, Low Profile, SRA etc.)
- Facial screw access holes where implant angulation would compromise aesthetics
- Implant divergence greater than 10° — angled multi-unit abutments required (please specify)

Frequently Asked Questions
We work with all major implant systems including Nobel Biocare, Straumann, Osstem, Zimmer Biomet, MegaGen and others. Please specify the implant manufacturer, system, connection type and implant diameter for each position clearly on your prescription.
We strongly recommend digital scan data (STL files) for All-on-4 cases for the best fit accuracy. We can also work from a conventional impression with a laboratory analogue setup. Contact us before sending to discuss the best workflow for your case.
Implant divergence up to approximately 10° can generally be accommodated with angled titanium bases. For divergence greater than 10°, sub-mucosal abutments (Multi-Unit Abutments, Low Profile, SRA etc.) are required before the prosthetic can be manufactured. Please specify implant angulations on your prescription.
Standard turnaround is 6 working days from confirmed receipt of scan data, titanium base specifications and approved design. For complex cases or cases requiring a try-in stage, please contact us to discuss the timeline before sending.
