About 3D Printed Models
3D printed dental models are produced directly from digital scan data — no physical impression is required. You send us the STL file from your intraoral scanner, and we print an accurate physical model using dental-grade resin in our digital manufacturing center.
Our digital center operates 5 high-precision printers with a team of 20 CAD designers. We process large volumes of model printing daily and can produce single models or batch orders with consistent accuracy and speed.
Types of Models We Print
Study models
— single or both arches. Used for case planning, patient consultations, before-and-after records and orthodontic assessment.
Working models with removable dies
— for crown, bridge and veneer fabrication. Pinned and sectioned to allow individual die removal and restoration seating.
Orthodontic models
— base models for aligner fabrication or bracket placement. Accurate arch form from intraoral or model scan.
Implant surgical guide models
— anatomical models produced from CBCT scan data for surgical guide design and planning.

The process eliminates the distortion risks associated with traditional impression materials and stone pouring. Thousands of restorations are fabricated from printed models every month in our facility.
Yes. We print orthodontic arch models used as the basis for clear aligner thermoforming. If you are ordering aligners from us, the model printing is included in the aligner production process. If you only need the printed models, we can produce those separately.
No minimum. We accept single model orders. The same pricing and service applies whether you order one model or one hundred.
Printed models are typically completed within 6 working days from receipt of scan files, then shipped via FedEx, DHL or UPS priority air freight. Transit time depends on your location — contact us for an estimate to your country.
