Our digital center has a team of 20 professional designers, with 3shape, EXOcad and others design software, with five printers and three five-axis cutting machine tools. How to work?
- Check and prepare all required impressions and models to ensure they are suitable for shipment. Carefully fill out a Sunflower Shenzhen Dental lab sheet for each case and label clearly.
- If this will be your first time sending lab cases to us and you do not have an international express air freight account, please email us and we will arrange a collection of your cases to be efficiently delivered to us on your behalf. If you are planning on sending shipments on a routine basis, please speak to your local FedEx, DHL or UPS representative who will gladly assist with setting up an account for you. Having your own account will make it easier for you to arrange fast and efficient collections in the future. Please speak to your representative about discounted routine freight rates. Sunflower Shenzhen Dental Lab covers costs for the return of all lab cases via first class priority shipping any where in the world.
- Once the cases have been collected, please notify us and advise of the tracking number. We want to know where your cases are at all times so we can be sure to get them back to you as quickly as possible.
- Once the cases have been completed, we will notify you with the return tracking number and a patient list of the enclosed finished cases.
We understand your important deadlines and appreciate cases need to be returned on time. Once the cases have been delivered to our lab, we will contact you to confirm any queries. We endeavour to have most cases completed within 3 days, excluding travel to and from our lab. However more complex cases with multiple units may require an additional day or 2. If you have a specific urgent case, please inform us, we will do our best to arrange the finished work back to you as soon as possible.
An itemized invoice is released via email once the completed cases have been sent to you from our lab. A monthly statement containing each invoice number and charge. Full payment is required within one week of statement day. A monthly statement will be issued on or before the 5th day of each month
